BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT

well-beINTeam: “Healthy and productive hybrid workplace environment in small and medium-sized enterprises” is a 32-month Erasmus+ project dedicated to the promotion and establishment of enhanced psychological safety and wellbeing in hybrid work and team environments through a multi-layered approach that will educate companies, team members and leaders in the ways towards a healthier hybrid team environment.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES & RESULTS

The project aims to revolutionize team dynamics in hybrid work in SMEs through the development of innovative educational content and support resources for all members of an SME, from employees and team members to directors and managers. The project’s main objectives include:

• The design, development and implementation of an innovative digital toolbox tailored to the needs of modern SMEs to improve their psychological safety and team wellbeing.

• Fostering work engagement and resilience through creativity in hybrid workplaces.

• Increasing the capabilities of SMEs to make organisational changes and adapt to modern needs and evolving markets.

• Improving managerial competences to build high-performance and psychologically safe hybrid workplace units.

• Unlocking growth and adaptability in all SMEs to support their adaptation to hybrid work styles.

The project will work towards these key objectives and aspirations through the creation of an innovative toolset developed to the needs of modern SMEs and hybrid workplaces. These project outputs include:

• A Team Psychological Safety Measurement Tool: A digital tool designed to understand and measure the wellbeing and psychological safety of digital and hybrid workforces through the development of automatic team reports.

• The Organizational Psychological Safety Toolbox, our collection of resources and strategies designed to diagnose and support the structural conditions and organizational needs to provide a safer and more pyschologically secure workplace for hybrid and digital workers and managers, defined through key areas and improvement points for teams.

• Hybrid Harmony, our coaching and development programme powered by natural and artificial intelligence designed to support and improve the psychological dynamics in hybrid teams and workplaces through the creation of tailored activities developing key wellbeing hotspots.

• “Let’s talk healthy and productive workplace environment” cohort course developed for SME and team leaders based on the project’s dynamics, as well as key leadership skills such as complex management and situational leadership.

TARGET GROUPS

Through the development of these results and outputs, well-beINTeam will provide an innovative training and upskilling opportunity to various key target groups:

• Small and medium sized businesses within and beyond the project consortium.

• SMEs owners, managers, team leaders.

• SMEs employees (individual and teams).

• VET providers, trainers, educators.

• Additional stakeholders identified during the project’s implementation will be engaged in project activities.
